Bylaws Amended: At its April meeting, the Vestry of St. John's approved Amended Bylaws. These Bylaws, along with the Canons of The Episcopal Church and the Canons of the Diocese of Lexington and of course the laws of the State of Kentucky, govern the operation of the church. Copies of the Bylaws, along with the Articles of Incorporation, are available also in Hosea Hall. If you have any questions, contact any Vestry person.
